Already recommended by friends and family, I was able to see why after my car was damaged whilst parked in a car park whilst I was elsewhere.I had already got a quote of over £2k from elsewhere suggesting a need for a new door and full offside paint job.When I called by unannounced for an estimate, they couldn't have been more welcoming, chatty, sympathetic, empathetic and helpful.I didn't have to wait long at all. They soon worked out that the extent of work suggested elsewhere was nowhere near necessary, confirming that the dent could be pulled out and the paintwork refinished for half the price previously quoted by another company.With only a 2-week lead in time, the car was booked in for Monday to Friday but by Thursday afternoon it was ready, finished to perfection and washed and valeted too.They even went the extra mile with the process even though there was more work found to be necessary but without charging me any more.Everything was done to perfection and having seen the work they've done on my car and several others, I've since been recommending Complete Car Cosmetics and will continue to do so.Don't go anywhere else if the unfortunate happens and you need some body work doing outside the insurance process like me (due to selfish careless cowards who can't own up to and deal with the consequences of their actions in the owner's absence).A friendly, chatty team from the top down, lots of time for their customers and always going the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Absolutely amazing! Had some rather deep scratches on the side of my car, and these guys really helped me out. Very nice, and offered me a really decent price when others were charging sometimes more than double the cost. There is now virtually no trace of any damage and the car is looking new again. Very pleased with my experience at Complete Car Cosmetics.I had been recommended by a work colleague and a local independent Jaguar specialist.An estimate of the works was provided for me to agree with the third party responsible for the damage to my vehicle. When inspecting the damage, it was apparent the high level of care and professionalism undertaken at CCC.The work was completed to a high standard, and I was kept informed throughout. The colour match was perfect; you would never know that the car had been damaged. I had my xj jaguar clipped by a bloody great Travis perkins lorry. I rang C. C. C I had a chat with Chris and arranged for him to assess the damage. I took my car to their place of work. Chris had a look at the car gave a price including refurb on all the wheels. I collected the car today amazing job done looks brand new. All the wheels look like they were just pulled off the shelf so to speak.Chris is a lovely chap got plenty of time for you. Will advise on other matters where he can. I was recommend to complete car cosmetics by several friends and upon doing my own research and looking at the cars they work on etc they clearly do produce some amazing work.I needed a bodykit fitting and a front / rear bumper respray on my Lexus and I decided to go down to visit them for a quote. I was greeted by Chris and was looked after amazingly well and was happy with the quote so I booked in. Upon collecting my car just a few days later I couldn’t stop smiling from ear to ear. They had done an amazing job on my 3 stage pearl paint to get the match perfect along with fitting the bodykit to perfection. I have just got my car back and I am so pleased with the result. I had front end damaged which resulted in a very big repair job. Chris kept me in the loop and had pictures for every stage of the job which was really great to see. The turn around was original 2 days but as it turned into a major job it turned into 5 days.
